Practices
Days: Very Flexible/ Up to Head Coach
Times: After School and up to Head Coach/ 2 hour max per session
Skills & Lineman Play Together
Both Skills Players and Lineman Play Together.
Each Team MUST HAVE LINEMAN: Minimum 1 to as many as you can get.
Set Up: For Games, they play and per rule there will be offensive lineman against defensive lineman. DLs hit gaps, and only 3 steps forward. No chasing the QBs. Before games, we host a 5on5 big man lineman challenge. Scoring system in place.
Center must hike the Football to the QB.
